Services

Bow & Bough Designs provides seasonal porch decorating services, including but not limited to:

• Fall porch installations
• Pumpkin displays
• Holiday porch decorating
• Design consultation
• Seasonal decorating packages

Services are subject to availability.

Quotes and Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Additional work requested after acceptance of a quote may result in additional charges.

Booking and Payment

Payment terms will be disclosed during booking. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required to secure an installation date.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the installation date.
• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property.
• Ensure walkways are free from hazards.
• Secure pets during installation.
• Obtain any necessary homeowner association approvals.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer failure to prepare the installation area.

Weather and Scheduling

Installation dates may be adjusted due to:

• Severe weather
• Unsafe site conditions
• Material availability
• Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected appointments.

Display Materials

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Pumpkins, decor, and accessories become the property of the customer after installation.
• Rental items remain the property of Bow & Bough Designs and may be retrieved at the end of the rental period.

Refunds

Because services involve reserved labor, scheduling, and custom design work:

• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds will be provided for seasonal deterioration of pumpkins, plants, or natural materials due to weather or wildlife.

Property Damage

• Customers must notify Bow & Bough Designs within 48 hours of discovering any alleged damage related to our work.
• Liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing damage directly caused by our negligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bow & Bough Designs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Weather-related deterioration
• Damage caused by wildlife
• Theft or vandalism of decorations after installation
• Customer misuse of decorative items

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, branding, designs, and marketing materials are the property of Bow & Bough Designs and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website.
